Aaron Spolin

Aaron Spolin is a former prosecutor who is now an award-winning criminal appeals attorney. He is the founder of Spolin Law P.C. Throughout his career, he has achieved successful outcomes on hundreds of criminal cases, including numerous dismissals of major felony cases; non-criminal resolutions to complex fraud and insurance fraud defense cases; successful appellate outcomes from the Court of Appeal and the state Supreme Court; and multiple not-guilty jury verdicts at trial. Aaron is admitted to practice law throughout the states of California, Texas, New York, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, as well as various federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Aaron received his B.A. from Princeton University and his J.D. from U.C. Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall).

He is a passionate advocate for criminal justice reform. His work includes fighting for those who have been wrongfully convicted, those whose sentences are unjust or unfair, and those who have been rehabilitated and are deserving of early release.

Aaron is the author of two books: Witness Misidentification in Criminal Trials and Fighting Federal Writs of Habeas Corpus.
